Lindsey graduated from The Pennsylvania State University where she earned her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology. She is originally from a small town in Erie, PA but has always loved North Carolina (Go Heels!), so she moved to North Carolina after college and has enjoyed the coast and triangle ever since. She has experience working with children and Adults including her most recent experience working in an Inpatient Psychiatric Facility. Lindsey believes that being resilient, having the ability to bounce back from stressful situations, is important in having a positive psychological and physical well being. She believes focusing on optimism, cultivating healthy relationships and engaging in meaningful and purposeful experiences that coincide with your values will strengthen your road to resiliency. When she is not at the office she enjoys exercising, traveling, cheering on the Tar Heels at sporting events with her friends and family and spending time outside with her dog, Buddy.
