Zena Chase, LPCA, LCAS
Zena received her Master’s degree in Clinical Mental health Counseling from Capella State University. She is dually licensed as a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate, and Licensed Clinical Addictions Specialist. She has experience working with adolescents through adults, addiction, eating disorders, Bipolar Disorder, Depression, Anxiety, and more. She has completed internships with refugee clients suffering from PTSD, and adjustment disorders; As well as internships in Recovery houses, and general counseling.
She enjoys facilitating Mindfulness groups, Women’s groups, Men’s Groups, and Family Therapy sessions. Zena utilizes an integrative, Humanistic approach with clients that are usually Solution-Focused, and Client-Centered. In her free time, she enjoys reading books, volunteering, helping others, and traveling.
